How to Downgrade my account

Tired of all that Storage and Bandwidth? No problem! 

You can always Cancel/Downgrade your subscription at any time from your Account & Billing Settings

Once in your Account & Billing Settings, select the Billing Info tab. 

Click the button at the bottom that says “Downgrade my account”. 

Complete the questionnaire until you are given the confirmation message. 

You’ll also receive a confirmation email about the cancellation of your subscription and the details will all be reflected in your Account & Billing Settings. 

**If you paid for your subscription using Paypal, you will need to cancel your subscription from within your Paypal account.
