Zen Master Yunyan was sweeping the ground. His Dharma brother, Daowu, saw him and said, "Too busy." Yunyan responded, "You should know there is one who is not busy."
In this series we'll look at this koan case (21) from the Book of Serenity. What does it mean to be, "too busy"? We'll look at this from several angles.
The point of these episodes is to help you as you navigate your mind during meditation.
My suggestion is to listen to the podcast for the first few minutes of your meditation, and then sit with what comes up. Stay with this one meditation for the day, and then move on to the next episode tomorrow.
