After the birth of two children one year apart, Miss Skinny Skinny™ ballooned to over 200 pounds. Embarrassingly, she weighed more than her spouse. She had lost the skinny, little 125 pound body she had grown to love. She had neck rolls, stomach rolls, and pinchable fat on every inch of her body. As a skinny former athlete, beauty queen, and high fashion photography model, she was miserable in her new, heavy body. She struggled with self esteem issues and a closet of clothes that would not fit until she developed the Secrets of Skinny System™. Now, Miss Skinny Skinny™ is passionate about sharing the weight loss strategies that dramatically reduced her weight and empowered her life. Miss Skinny Skinny™ has both a Bachelor and a Master Degree and is a member of numerous national and international honors societies.
