Plummer will lead an aggressive, sustained campaign to attract entertainment and arts-related businesses to metro Detroit. Plummer will call upon established businesses and entrepreneurs in the motion picture, recorded music, theater, digital media and cultural arts industries to base operations in metro Detroit and take advantage of the talent pool, low costs, and established infrastructure of the region.more
