We are Joshua & Victoria. We met in Orlando, Florida but due to life circumstances now find each other 13 hours apart. Victoria had become a teacher in South Korea, and more recently Japan, through governmental programs that hire native speakers to teach English as a second language. Joshua is a dear friend who wanted to make a podcast in an attempt to better keep up with his dear friend, as he thought her experiences moving eastward would make for a more interesting conversation between partners. Occasionally we just talk about our small annoyances that impede our daily happiness. Sometimes our attention turns to broader issues like racism in Asian countries and how it differs from issues in our home country.
