For several years I found myself reminiscing about the things I did during my active duty years. I would share stories with various friends, looking back to my on-duty and off-duty routines. Within many of the stories was an intersection of military service and dance music. One day I had a random thought - I can't be the only veteran who has these experiences. I got curious to know about other veterans' stories. This curiosity was the basis for the creation of the Veteran/DJ Project.
