Sonia received her real estate license in 2005; she immediately went to work for a real estate company in Camarillo, California where she began her training. In 2006 she relocated to Westlake Village, California and went to work for Bankers Realty, Inc. as an agent. In 2009 she opened a brokerage company with her husband David Yeomans Bankers Realty Exclusive, Inc. Sonia received her Short Sale Specialist designation in 2009 from CDPE, along with her REO Certification from The Five Star Institute and her HAFA Certification from National Association of Realtors which qualifies her to address the needs of homeowners who are faced with distressed properties and buyers who want to buy either a short sale or a bank owned home, along with helping asset managers who need to sell their real estate owned inventory. Sonia believes in continued education and is in the Harris Real Estate University (HREU) program, where she received her additional certification in Bank Owned Real Estate (REO) and Certified BPO Specialist, Short Sale and Luxury Homes.
