There’s a lot of stress in the kitchen and the Chef has been acting strangely lately. Thankfully he’s not violent –what with all those sharp knives around the kitchen. However, some fear that he’s currently a couple of eggs short of a dozen, scrapple that's short on brains, gone cuckoo for coq au vin, wacko as walnuts, etc, and it’s reflected in his choices of ingredients here.
