What is Yoga Empowered?
Yoga Empowered classes are based in the Viniyoga lineage taught by Suzanne Stephens. Each class utilizes breath and movement as a means of empowering each individual to create a practice that best suits them. Learn to meet yourself where you are and to adapt your practice accordingly to bring yourself to a greater place of balance and ease. A variety of Yoga Empowered classes are taught in Seattle, WA. including All Levels and for Chronic Conditions. About Suzanne Stephens
Hey there, I'm Suzanne Stephens. I teach an empowering and meditative style of yoga based from the Viniyoga Lineage. I was trained to teach All Levels classes with 200 hours. I received an additional 300 hours of training in Therapeutic Yoga Applications. I specialize in teaching students to meet themselves where they are and to practice to bring themselves to a greater place of balance and ease. I bring many years of mindfulness meditation practice to my teachings and to my classes. Yoga Practice is meant to fit it's Practitioner- You. I just help you find the things that resonate with you the most to continue to build and enrich Your Practice. Wanna rock? Practice to Fugazi! I dare you to try Yoga. Be Yourself ~ Yoga Empowered I'm a 500 hour certified yoga instructor trained in the Viniyoga lineage by Tracy Weber at Whole Life Yoga Studio in Seattle, Wa and am registered with Yoga Alliance (500 RYT). I'm an approved instructor & referred by the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. I specialize in teaching you how to empower yourself using yoga tools (including asana, pranayama, meditation, self-study &/or ritual) empowering you to be the best version of yourself that you can be.
