Since its conception, Torque has hosted innumerable events, featuring some of the most sought-after names in the realm of underground electronic music, but most importantly, bringing the underground sounds and vibes to people around the world… from Bahrain to Amsterdam to New York… and it was this energy from the people that kept the spirit of Torque burning for years. As much as the organization and hosting of these events brought the love and passion to the group, Torque will be refocusing itself to its diverse and global network of talent, concentrating primarily on establishing concept residencies and pushing talented artists and the unique sounds of electronic music along the way, and putting together the critical pieces of setting up a digital label in the near future.

A major step in the revamp will be the launch of Torque-cast – a frequent issue of music mix-sets which provide an outlet to push Torques underground and diverse talent globally… a regular showcase with no boundaries on musical style – from anywhere to anywhere.

The first issue of Torque-cast features Toronto-based Sadeq, who dives into the realm of deep house sounds in his set, titled Deepnessss, featuring such names as Kerri Chandler, Marshal Jefferson and D’Julz, to name a few.
