Here are a couple of quick instructions...

If you left-click on 'Download' the podcast will start playing in your computer's default media player. If you right-click and select 'Save Target As...' you can save the podcast to your computer or mp3 player.

To use the embedded audio player, just left-click on the 'Play' button or on the title of the podcast and a new window or tab should open and begin playing your selection.

There are additional episodes available in the archive of this page - scroll down to the calendar and click on any highlighted numbers.
