The handicapp chef Carlton Haynes has been cooking since the age of nine years old, By age seventeen he was being trained under the eye of famous Philadelphia chef Charlie Bryant.By age twenty one chef Haynes started his own catering conpany with the help of his parents Stephen and Glady's Haynes along with best friend Calvin Sidberry,By age twenty five chef Haynes partnered with a Philadelphia Realestate broker Elan Gester to open his own sandwich shop called hoagie dudes located in center city Philadelphia.Several years later Carlton and his brother James Haynes open a jazz restaurant called G.G.'S on Mt Pleasant a upscale restaurant in the chestunt hill section of Philadelphia.In 1996 Carlton collabrated with his brother Reginald Haynes to open their first family type restaurant.
