Reader's Theater is an exciting world where teachers can teach reading without the Smartboard (blackboard), notebook, pen or pencil! Students immerse themselves in these scripts and even though it's really hard work, students absolutely love hearing their voices coming from a computer. Students work collaboratively on these plays. Kids learn to read aloud with fluency, comprehension, expression, and pride. When Ms. Silverberg isn't doing pottery, she's with us helping us to be better users of technology. Her dog's name is Marshall Matt Dillon. Ms. Silverberg even made a ceramic whistle to blow when we need to stop working. We like her and she likes us!
