Grew up listening to the house mixes on the radio from all the classic DJs in Chicago. Some DJs I remember are Ralphie "the Razz" Rosario, Mickey Mixin Oliver, Bab Boy Bill, Juian Jumpin Perez, Tim Spinnin Schomer, the whole Hit Mix 6 on WGCI Chicago. Even though I eventually tired of it and became a huge metal fan, I've come back around to my musical "roots" as you may call it. Got a hold of Virtual DJ after seeing it being used on YouTube and picked up an M Audio XSession Pro MIDI controller and here are the results. Even though I still rock out to Scandanavian Black and Melodic metal, you can't do the things you do with dance music. I enjoy this hobby and hope anyone who listens can appreciate. Keep listening!!
