I am a beatmaker and closet independent producer from Colorado Springs, Colorado USA who started in this game in 2004. To get my music heard and to try to gain fans, I started this podcast on June 20th, 2006. In just a short time my music has been in the finals of a Sprite contest, a movie/documentary, a mixtape and recently, I hit number 1 on the CASHBOX MAGAZINE TOP 10 INDIE R&B/HIP HOP CHARTS with a collab featuring 2mental and Jewelz. In June of '08, Block Scholar Entertainment/Slimdog Productions which features me, and my homies 2mental & NOBULL, signed a deal with CASHBOX RECORDS INC. On March 10, 2009, Block Scholars were selected for URB MAGAZINE'S NEXT 1000 HOTTEST ARTISTS ON THE RISE FOR 2009...Independent artists: IT CAN BE DONE!!! My show and our music has gained popularity and I have made contacts with top tier artists, djs and producers(indie and major) because of podomatic.
