While focusing on the raw sounds of Dub Step and Drum & Bass, DJ Seraph has mastered his mixing ability across multiple genres of electronic music. Recognized for his seamless, adrenaline packed DJ sets, he has entered the realm of Philadelphia's elite talented electronic dance music artists. His passion and dedication to the underground dance movement have landed Seraph countless bookings throughout the Northeast and Canada, billed along such legendary artists including The Crystal Method, Paul Van Dyk, Infected Mushroom, Planet of the Drums (AK1200, Dara, Dieselboy & J Messinian), Keaton, Adam F, DJ SS, DJ Swamp, Roc Raida, DJ Icey, Soulslinger, Red One, Craze, Ed Rush & Optical, Shimon, Stakka, Freakyflow, Capital J, Juju, Evol Intent, Corrupt Souls, J Smooth, and Infiltrata to name a few.

As co-founder and acting chairman of Defcon Productions, Seraph and his team have played a crucial role in reviving Philadelphia's once inactive dance scene. Defcon events such as Ignition, Respect, Defcon 5, Explosion into 2006, Knuckle Up, Apocalypse, Soundwave, the basement @ HDA, the Regiment series, and other numerous weeklies and one offs introduced Philly's new generation of electronic dance music fanatics to a higher caliber of underground entertainment, showcasing world class DJs from around the globe.

Much of Seraph's success has been attributed to his relentless promoting and networking abilities. In early 2006, his hard work was recognized when he was invited to represent Philadelphia's legendary production company, Local 13, the crew behind such memorable events as the Whistle and Bang series.

In addition to Defcon and Local 13, Seraph is also an active artist on Headcase Recordings, Philadelphia's only multi-genre, electronic dance music record label. He has spent countless hours in the studio, perfecting himself as a producer and engineer.

With multiple releases and remixes on the horizon, there isn't one aspect of the industry that Seraph is not familiar with. He has spent almost half of his life devoted to underground dance music culture and will undoubtedly continue his commitment until death do them part.
