Scotty Storm first fell in love with the dance scene in the early 2000's when he was first taken to the club by his friends. Before going to clubs Scotty never imagined himself liking clubs very much. But once stepping inside and seeing everyone having a great time dancing and socializing it was literally a drug for him! He started going on a weekly basis which then became a twice a week thing and then turned into a "residency" in the dance/club scene. His life became dancing and music! It was by no surprise then that Scotty became good friends with dj's and other like minded dance music folk who shared a passion for music!
This lasted for years from going to block party's , after hour parties , club nights. Scotty was immersed into the scene. But little did we know we had a budding DJ in the making! Then one fateful night he went to Tiesto Concert and was blown away by the music! He never knew trance could have such a hard driving baseline with a melodic feel as well! This new feel for music just pushed him even harder to find the best music out there to start to mix. This gives him an edge in his DJ ability. He has been exposed to some of the best House / Progressive & Trance DJ's which has given him such a broad experience of styles to soak in and give right back to the clubbers in his sets!! With all his years of being in the Dance Scene feeling every beat dancing to every beat has given him knowledge of moving the dance floor you just can't teach!
He has played at all over the intensely competitive Los Angeles Market. His beats have been heard at such places as Micky’s the premier Dance club in West Hollywood, MJ’s Silverlake the eclectic northeast neighborhood of Los Angeles, Lola’s in Hollywood where sport, movie & rock starts inhabit, The historic C-frenz where he holds a residency & even the WORLD renowned WEST HOLLYWOOD PRIDE FESTIVAL where he played a peak hour set in front of thousands of party goers.
