the podcast will mainly consist of mixes by myself and my friends, these will consist of a variety of dance music ranging through house, electro, progressive, minimal, trance, breakbeat and some hip hop, so a bit of everything with most in between! If we find something to talk about we might even share it with u so look out for the spoken pods and top ten mixes coming soon.
I have been a house music lover since the days of warehouse parties and the illegal type raves, i remember the convoys of people trying to find the secret location, the parties on the beach, in fields & halfway up mountains, and then the afterparties at the service stations, those were the days!! And how did we get away with it!! Well obviously we didnt get away with it for long!! Before the criminal justice bill was passed! The rise of clubland and the death of the superstar dj, and the loss and closure of some of the best clubs the world has seen, Cream & The Hacienda to name a couple that u should have heard about. And now we are seeing a return to a similar trend in Ibiza, as even there, the hedonists paradise, the authorities start to change the law on how long we can party for!
It seems aslong as some1 wants to party some1 wants to stop the party, but it also seems we can usually find a way to keep on going, mayb 'cos its the only way!!??
Its been a ride, with ups and downs but its the ride of your life, lets see where it can take us in the future.
