Recovery 101 Radio is a program based loosely on 12 step recovery programs. The format is less like a meeting and more like going to coffee afterward. The "Meeting AFTER the meeting" as it were. "We Used To Suffer From Insanity, Now We Enjoy It!"

About The Hosts
Bruce B., Shelly B., and Mark M. make up the crew of Recovery 101 Radio. With over 50 years of combined recovery they are the perfect mix of program and ridiculousness. Based in Southern California they take the stuffiness out of talking about recovery! They've been called "Crazy", "Insightful", and just downright "On The Money!"
Bruce is a tri-program kind of guy frequenting AA, NA, and CA meetings. Shelly is primarily an alcoholic, but does both AA and CA meetings. Mark is a straight up CA member with an ever so occasional foray into AA.
