Since a young age, electronic music has been a huge attraction to him. It wasn't until late 2007 that he began to learn the art of beat matching and djing. Not too long after learning in an apartment he moved his skills into house parties and eventually nightclubs and festivals.
The first nightclub he spun at was Nocturnal in downtown Miami, and ever since he has spun in Mekka and Parkwest which are also in downtown Miami and in South Beach such as Ink and Heathrow, just to name a few. He was able to share the stage with some international names such as Austin Leeds and Abel Ramos.
2011 has been the best year so far. He had his first international gig in Dominican Republic, signed onto a prestigious agency known as Team Cool Kids, began working on his first set of songs and on April 3rd launched his first ever monthly podcast, Miami Mixin, to the world.
Expecting more success in the near future, Roberto Cervantes will not stop or slow down until he is a known name in the industry.
