Hi! I am the owner of Raw Melissa LLC, a company providing nutrition education through workshops, private cooking classes and nutrition coaching. The Raw Melissa company is perhaps best known for the raw vegan gourmet desserts we sell to health food stores throughout Utah. Melissa also acts as a consultant to chefs interested in learning more about raw vegan food preparation.

I just recently started producing a healthy cooking show that can be seen on my website at www.rawmelissa.com, and just finished shooting a raw vegan dessert cooking segment for a healthy living pilot in L.A. (see www.thehealthylivingshow.com - I'm blessed to be listed on this site as an "expert" next to David Wolfe and Gabriel Cousens!)

I also co-own The Food Garden, a local store selling raw vegan products including raw vegan ice creams, entrees, snacks and other raw essentials. The Food Garden also hosts weekly yoga classes.
