Radio Free Exile began as an LPFM Pirate Broadcast during the 2000 Democratic Primary in Los Angeles, and continued for some time from a sixth floor apartment in Hollywood, until paranoia and some real fears caused it to end.
Since then, Radio Free Exile has been offering Indie Music, Spoken-Word, and Commentary in one form or another constantly on the www.
