Pedro Gonçalves aka Dj Pierre G nasceu no ano de 1979 em Braga. É na sua cidade natal onde deu os primeiros passos no mundo do djing, inicialmente o seu gosto musical era o Techno passando por outros mais tarde, tais como o Hard House, House e neste momento pelo Electro Minimal. Foi em 1996 na casa de amigos que despertou o seu interesse pelo mundo da música. Nesse mesmo ano foi convidado para ser residente de uma discoteca onde continuou a aperfeiçoar os seus dotes musicais. Em meados de 1997 já tocava em vários bares do concelho de Braga. Posteriormente, lançou-se como freelancer onde passou por grandes clubes do norte de Portugal partilhando a cabine com vários djs de top nacional e internacional. No ano de 2001 participa no found at thirst promovido pela Heineken em que conseguiu alcançar o 6º lugar a nível nacional. Entre os anos de 2001 a 2003, representou uma empresa discográfica de Braga chamada DiscoVynil onde deu aulas a vários djs. Fundador da agência Djs at Work, foi responsável por alguns eventos nocturnos e principalmente afterhours na regiao do Minho onde tambem deu oportunidades e lançou novos talentos. A partir do ano 2006, através da escuta activa de outros sets, o Electro Minimal passou a ser o estilo musical que mais se identificava. Actualmente Dj Pierre G tem o grande previlégio de explorar a nova tecnologia (on-line) e fazer emitir os seus espetáculos em directo para todo o mundo digital a partir das casas onde actua, pois participa na mais cotada rádio on-line de Portugal (www.bragaradiodj.net) onde tem o seu programa (Teknology) duas vezes por semana e é ouvido por milhares de ouvintes em todo o mundo. Estando actualmente a explorar a produção musical, não faz disso o seu objectivo principal. As suas influências foram de todo o tipo de música electrónica, mas o Electro Minimal é algo que marca a diferença em termos de ritmo e sonoridade.
