Doug Kelley CH, CSL is the Founder and President of Kelley Training Systems, Inc. He is a Certified Hypnotist (CH), Certified Seminar Leader (CSL), and brings to the table Real-World business and life experience which he presents in fresh and meaningful ways. His "think-for-yourself" perspective has helped over 10,000 managers, employees, and others to literally re-think their approach to communication and leadership as well as to embrace more effective techniques. He has a way of cutting through the meaningless to show the meaningful and core essence of any given issue or situation. In 2001, Doug founded Empowered Recovery, a unique self-help program and website for the family and friends of alcoholics, and in 2006, finished his second book entitled, the "Alcoholic Relationship Survival Guide," a ground-breaking work in the area of alcoholic relationships.

For the last several years, Doug has traveled the U.S. extensively (including Puerto Rico) speaking to and training thousands of managers, supervisors, and other professionals in Assertive Communication and Assertive Leadership skills, among other skills.
