John Anderson is the "Morning Show" host for WPTL Radio 920 AM
in Canton, North Carolina.

John has been the host of the "On The Horizon" radio show for
five years, and host the "Idiots of the Week" segment for the
last seven years. "On The Horizon" (OTH) features the best
in Independent Music for a wide range of genres, as well we
interviews with up and coming artists.

John has also interviewed such music greats such as Aaron Tippin, Mark Chesnutt, Charlie Daniels, Doug Grey of the
Marshall Tucker Band, and Jazz legend Bill Mays.

John has also co-hosted the "Indie Traffic Jam" program with
Carmen Allgood, and Mark Maverick. A program that ran for
over a year on many stations.
