N.A.P MUSIQ PRODCTIONS which is headed by Neville Ashton Palmer, has proven to be a significant addition to the Reggae/Dancehall fraternity with a slate of ambitious releases and undeniable talet. With bases in Jamaica and Philadelphia USA, N.A.P MUSIQ PRODUCTIONS comes to the table with a rich musical heritage.

Palmer was born with a musical talent and raised in a music environment. Growing up as a youth he had one mission which was to make music and share the joy of music with others says Palmer. N.A.P Musiq brings originality, quality, consistency, productivity, integrity and loyalty to the business. Right now we are focusing on producing tracks with some big name acts from Jamaica and overseas including some possible collaborations.

Palmer, a noted producer, songwriter and manager was born in Kingston, Jamaica. He attended Donald Quarrie Comprehensive High School and later on Kingston Technical High School. Upon graduating High School he migrated abroad where he spent two years in college studying business management. His latest charge is budding dancehall/reggae deejay Major Chris.

N.A.P Musiq was established in January 2003. Neville Palmer, Orville ‘Da’Ville’ Thomas and Robert Bogle are the main persons behind the label. N.A.P Musiq made its debut with singer Da’Ville’s cover of 'We’re in Heaven'. The song raced up the charts in Jamaica peaking at number four on the Mega Jamz Reggae Chart. Over on the New York Reggae chart, the song figured in the top 10 for several weeks. It even riddled charts in South Florida, Canada, the UK and parts of Europe. 'We’re in Heaven' was selected by noted reggae giant VP RECORDS for its top selling annual STRICTLY THE BEST VOL. 32 compilation series. 'The One For Me' was another Da’Ville effort released on the N.A.P Musiq imprint which scored good grades, especially in Japan where it figured in the Top 10 of the national charts.

N.A.P MUSIQ is also responsible for the chart topping PASSION Rhythm & The WASHPAN Riddim (distributed by In the Streetz) which has been dubbed as one of the best dancehall beats to have emerged in 2005. It features a host of top acts including..Elephant Man, Vybz Kartel, Macka Diamond, Kiprich & Da'Ville.

The much anticipated SPOTCHECK RIDDIM is the latest project for N.A.P Musiq.

‘We aim to take Reggae and Dancehall music Above and Beyond. We want to help establish and maintain the presence of both genres of music worldwide and bring it to the forefront of the music industry. In the process we hope to find and develop new talent and retain and preserve the "culture of the music", Palmer noted.
