About the host… Cheryl McKenzie-Hoar is a former television producer and radio guest booker who has over 8 years experience in media related arts and entertainment and who has spent over 6 years running her own media, arts and entertainment company, BritGirl Productions.

She currently writes for the UK music webzine Noize Makes Enemies based in London, England and spends much of her time championing all things Canadian and British on the independent and commercial music scene.
