There is a huge concerted effort to keep Americans distracted and ignorant. This has been going on strong since Reagan passed the Media De-regulation Act in 1986. This "law" caused media ownership to go from over 1900 seperate families and corporations, down to only 6. And if you look deep into those 6, it's not a pretty site.
So back in the 70's, after Watergate and all the hearings on CIA MK-Ultra and political assassinations, we had a brief but beautiful decade of a somewhat free-press. Mae Brussell embodied this better than anyone. I will post old shows of hers I've come across that I feel are extremely prophetic to what is happening today. And remember, she was saying all this 26 years ago or longer.
