Something about me... let's see. Well, I was born in the Czech Republic, raised in Italy and educated in the UK. When I was little, I was a real chatterbox. Until, that is, someone told me that in life we are only given a set amout of words to say and then, when we use all of those words, we have to die. I know how silly this sounds today, but back then I actually spent months without a single word coming out of my mouth. Should I tell you how pleased this made my parents??!
Anyway. Now it's time to catch up and that’s when radio comes into picture. So, yep, I do like to gab a lot (why would I be called Gaby otherwise?!!!!), and if you want to catch me on the radio, just tune in to Life FM 103.6Fm on Fridays at 2pm or go to www.lifefm.org.uk, where I produce and present The Italian Job a little taster of contemporary Italian tracks, from top of the charts singles currently on air play in Italy to lesser known bands who deserve to go up the popularity ladder. This show is all about Italy and its current music scene, beyond stereotypes and cliches, with real news, curious facts and great music.
