MASTER HAK OF FACE THE BASS
Born and raised in Newark, New Jersey, Master Hak comes from a family that has a passion for music. Today, this Mixologist now lives in Moncks Corner, South Carolina. 26 years ago, he had a taste of the groove.... It was at that point that he realized he had mastered the basic skills of mixing. 1984 Master Hak began listening to DJs like Tony Humphries, Merlin Bobb, Shep Pettibone and Timmy Regisford - "These brothers had the Tri-State rockin". It was thru these life changing experiences that he realized he wanted to be a DJ and he knew that he had to step up his mixing skills. In the past, Master Hak has performed at clubs such as Zanzibar, Sensations, Club 280 and Club Marlos alongside DJs such as Bruce Jeffers (Phunk Farmers Music), Tony V. & Ceasar Kelley (Nocturnal DJ's), Johnny Dangerous (Foremost Poets), DJ Speedy & DJ T-Bass (Face The Bass) and DJ Camacho (Wake Up), just to name a few.
