Jasz is being quite introvert, weighing every word he says twice, but not afraid to speak what is on his mind if something must be done. This also applies for his DJ-ing, building layer upon layer, but never forgetting the groove.

Jasz has been in contact with upfront music since the first time he opened his eyes and ears, his mum works for one of the major record companies.
When he was six he gets his first record player and one record. This was the start of his record collecting addiction. He starts to get more and more and more music.

With the passing of time the style of his music began to change, and there was no turning back. Jasz attended his first party around ‘94. He got hooked, and started to buy house records. Around '97 he had saved up enough money to buy his first mixer and decks. With his musical ear and genes, he has natural talent and mixes like the best professionals straight away.

After a while he also gets his own radio show “The Warehouse” at “Airpeace Radio”. Jasz plays the deeper house side of things, but not afraid to play other styles as long the music is good. After a while he hooked up with a good friend of his and started doing Jasz’s show together, and with immediate impact and huge success.

They influence each others tastes and discover a passion for “underground house” sounds, after noticing that their underground sounds are hard to find in the Netherlands, they decided to start importing this music to make it more available in the stores. And with success! Their distribution was one of the fastest growing distributors for “underground house” music in all its forms, supplying quality house music to music lovers all over the world.

Because of his company, Jasz had little spare time left to play at parties. After quite some time of keeping a low profile and refueling himself, it’s time to get behind those decks again. As you will be able to hear, Jasz never lost his passion for house music
