Bishop C. S.Miller retired from the US Army. While on active duty he received Jesus Christ as his Lord & Savior and joined the Church of God, Cleveland TN. He received his calling into ministry and soon earned his Exhorter License in October of 1994. In May of 2007 was ordained a bishop in the Church of God, Cleveland TN.
