EyeGetzRaw has been a long time observer, participant, critic, analyst, artist, fan and supporter of the culture of Hip Hop.

Eye have witnessed the evolution of the culture from the mid 70's to the present, so my perspective is informed by the full scope of my experiences, both within and outside of Hip Hop.

My Hip Hop resume includes everything from making records, to hosting my own weekly radio show, to ghostwriting. But even if Eye told you who, what and when...you wouldn't know me anyway...LOL!!!

More important than standing on stage holding many mics and taking airplane flights at huge heights for me, though, was standing behind the ropes at park jams with the bass vibrating my entire chest cavity, and kickin' freestyle verses in the chiper of impromptu street corner battles, and rollin' with the poppers and breakers at U.S.A. roller rink in Jackson Heights, Queens.

And that's because Eye generally subscribe to the premise that the Blastmaster KRS-One so thoughtfully put before the world...
