The Lost Lizard Lounge is a music, performance and fire art based theme camp at Burning Man that consists mainly of friends and family who live and work with each other in Arizona during the rest of the year. Founded at the AZ Regional, TOAST!, in 2008, its first appearance at Burning Man came in ‘09.
Over the years, our crew has worked on everything from the AZ C.O.R.E. project, DPW, playa restoration, rangers, and many other art and music projects. Yardz, the king of the Lounge, has worked extremely hard over the years both with DPW and to bring the camp to fruition. Typically the Lounge has been attached to the DPW run camp Plumber’s Crack, however, 2012 marks the first year that The Lost Lizard Lounge will be a stand-alone theme camp!

Off playa, Lost Lizard is responsible for some of Arizona’s best desert parties, musical adventures, and flame effects! Throwing events all year, Lost Lizard has become more than a camp, and turned into a community. Promoting and advancing music, performance art, and fire art, Lost Lizard Lounge has a lot to offer both as a theme camp and a place for free expression.
