fernanDITO (known also as DJ DITO, FERNANDO and/or FERNANDI) got his first ever payed nightclub gig in Venezuela on 1992, since then he hasnt stopped djing.

While growing up in South America, fernanDITO was exposed to the rich and colourful spectrum of traditional and pop latin music. The late 1970's & 1980's disco & international pop was also on his favourite tapes due to his early connections to the local "discoteques" and innate interest on music. During those early years, he also studied classical music and was attending a local conservatory where he learned to play the piano, the organ, mandolin, trumpet & violin.

Childhood & teenage trips to USA & western Europe gave him the opportunity to become an avid music collector & researcher, and living in the UK during the infamous Summer of Love 1989 finally kicked him into seriously becoming a DJ.

A set from fernanDITO is usually very eclectic, normally not going over 130bpm; contemplating the most interesting variations of current & classic house & garage tunes, occasionally complementing it with bits of funky electro, pop, r&b and tech-house. fernanDITO likes to play quality music for the seasoned clubber and nightlife connoisseur, taste and refinement are always present in his choice of records.

After living in Australia, Italy, England & USA, fernanDITO relocated to his birthcountry Venezuela in June 2006, where he still djing, supporting the local house scene, organizing events, remixing local artists and pursuing other life interests.
