Here at Efil we are commited to providing the heaviest beats with the smallest impact on the environment possible. We understand that our planet has a fragile eco-system that needs carefull regard. Thus we do not waste paper and manufacture plastics to house our records, and any shuttling will be carried out on push-biocycle devices, which is far "greener" than any toyota prius, honda oddessey or moped ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Efil is the name of a collection of music and accompanying illustrations. Efil is not backwards life. For the time being, most of the tracks I make will pretty much be electronica. What I want to do is everything from I-want-a-whore-for-a-wife-soul music, to i-believe-the-wheels-on-my-x5-are-considerably-bigger-and-shinier-than-yours hip-hop, to yes-i-am-a-yob drum and bass, to classical, to i-want-head-and-e electro, to this-tee-shirt-will-be-ok-for-another-few-days punk rock, to there-s-food-in-my-beard prog rock and acourtic stuff with djembe's and guitars and violins, fiddles, cellos, doublebass, ride cymbals, all with some electric sensibility. But we have to wait for that, cause i cant even play the fiddle yet. The electro/housey stuff here ain't for everyday listening. its for parties and clubs and mixes(although this site only lets you download reduced quality files). Guitars were invented for everyday noise. I will cast new stuff fairly often here. I'm Ruairi, I'm responsible for Efil and i live in Inverness in Scotland.
