Dougie started collecting records when he was 10 and started djing when he was 18 (once he moved to the city of Toronto). His first "official" gig was on King St. when he was underage. But before that it was just rocking house parties.

Dougie has played on the same bill with such talents as Arthur Baker, Caps & Jones, Chromeo, Cosmo Baker, Cousin Cole, Crystal Castles, Dave Nada, Disco D, DJ Craze, DJ Godfather, DJ Sega, Drop The Lime, Duchess Says, Egyptian Lover, Eli Escobar, Flosstradamus, Gaslamp Killer, Holy Fuck, In Flagranti, Jokers Of The Scene, Kyle Hall, Low Budget, Mark Ronson, MU, Plastic Little, Thunderheist, Tittsworth, TTC, etc. As well as a whole slew of locals.
