Founded in 2002 by renowned DJ and music aficionado, John Kong, Do Right is an independent record label and productions company based in Toronto, Canada. While many independent labels concentrate on exhibiting a specific style of music, Do Right aims to bridge the gap between different genres: From Jazz, Funk, Afrobeat, to Hip Hop, House and Left-field Electronica, creating an avenue to bring these diverse sounds together has only pushed the succession of the label and its sound.
