A California-native, Tye has quickly built quite a remarkable following globally; His innate ability to bridge the gap between prime time and afterhours sounds has brought him from Thailand all the way down to Rio De Janeiro. His signature is consistency in performance, energy, and a proven ability to read his dance floor.

Tye’s path began in 2001 when David Cooley of the legendary Abbey in West Hollywood heard a promo CD of Tye’s and hired him on as his resident DJ. Tye’s fresh sounds became a treasured staple in West Hollywood for a number of years, lending him the opportunity to entertain many of Hollywood’s heavy hitters including Britney Spears, Paris Hilton, Justin Timberlake, Janet Jackson, Christina Aguilera, Missy Elliot, Cyndi Lauper, Sir Elton John and even Madonna.

Tye currently holds two esteemed residencies on the west coast (Reflex Afterhours & Rich’s San Diego). Evenstar Entertainment named Tye their resident after proving himself time and time again, that as an afterhours artist he knows how to consistently build the floor into eruption all at the same time keeping it fresh and innovative with every experience. Reflex afterhours is the longest running afterhours production in Los Angeles.

He has a growing list of impressive accolades as a DJ & Producer including; recently remixing platinum award winning artist Billy Myers latest song "Just Sex" helping it to reach #7 on the billboard dance charts, Headlining FantAsia and Song Kran II in Bangkok, Thailand, two performances at Jeffrey Sanker's White Party Palm Springs, two performances at Long Beach Tribe, Will Gorges the Black Party in Puerto Vallarta, Revolucion in Rio De Janeiro, Playing with Boy George and Chris Cox at the esteemed Avalon Nightclub in Hollywood, a four year successful residency at the world famous Abbey, Mars After-hours at the Henry Fonda Theater, Swig Nightclub in Santa Fe, Krave nightclub in Las Vegas, Karma in Minneapolis, and many more.
