Mattias has practiced music since the age of 5.
His parents early spotted his musicality and sent him off to the best music schools in Sweden. Soon after finishing the school years he discovered the clubs and what was going on inside.

Mattias met the Salvation promoter Alex Erfan at Trade in London back in 1994, he persuaded Mattias to start playing for Salvation soon after he moved to the UK in 2000. Mattias was soon up in the DJ booth, expressing his “Afro-Scandinavian background. His style covers almost all House genres from soulful to funky, vocal to electro groove, progressive to tribal house. He's got the capability to read the audience and take them on the journey they deserve.

He has been playing around in the UK as well as around Europe in countries like Belgium (Antwerp, Red ‘n Blue), Amsterdam/Holland (Escape), France (Queen), Ibiza (Heaven) Barcelona/Spain (La Luna), Prague/Czech (Mecca), Stockholm (Rio), Malmö (Wonk), Gothenburg (Park Lane) Sweden & Norway.

With a meaty musical education under the sleeve and a technically orientated mind, DJ-ing naturally awakes Mattias’ producing/remixing instincts. He started collaborating with some of the other Salvation DJs remixing popular tracks as well as writing new material.

He's a pioneer in computer DJ-ing, using the renowned Native Instruments application Traktor Pro, as well as Ableton Live.
