I am an academic achiever.
I believe the only way to overcome oppression is through education.
I have just begun Success Is Yours, an educational service, which hopefully will assist in combating the problem of illiteracy and eduational disadvantges to foster overall success. I don't talk about it. I am about it!
I have won numerous scholarships since attending Saint Joseph's University.
I have been inducted into two honor societies: Sigma Tau Delta, the English Honor Society, and Alpha Sigma Lambda, winning the overall academic achievement award for excellence.
You may not have wanted me their but needless to say I am living the dream of Martin, Malcolm, Medger, Josphine, Billie, Ethel, Dorothy, Mary ( my mother), David (my father), Mary Mcloud Bethune, Stepping Fetching, Mr. Bojangles, Hattie McDaniel, and countless others; who suffered the lashes.
I stand educated.
I stand dying.
I stand human.
