Brazilian journalist MdC Suingue (Portuguese for "Swing") has been living in London since 1998, where he created the CAS to show the world that there is a lot more to Brazilian music than what radio stations and record companies would have you believe. Kika Serra, who some years ago traded London back for Rio de Janeiro, joined the CAS in 2006, when the show became a bi-national broadcast.

O jornalista MdC Suingue vive em Londres desde 1998, onde criou o CAS para mostrar ao mundo que "música brasileira" é muito mais do que as rádios e gravadoras fazem parecer. Kika Serra, que há alguns anos trocou a Inglaterra pelo Rio de Janeiro, juntou-se ao CAS em 2006, quando o programa se tornou uma transmissão bi-nacional.
