After many years of joining house music events, they decided to start their own series of parties. The name came to be after the difficulty they faced around 2002, to establish a stable base at some bars and clubs without changing their sound. In 2003 they found out that the only way to keep playing their music, retaining their house music style & express their unique sound was by doing mobile parties. These events started under the name BASELESS.
Strongly influenced by soul, jazzy and African sounds, the 2 dj’s mix their deep house sets, based on their favorite sounds. Baseless gigs can easily be identified by their unique program flow and uplifting sense of mixing, giving them their undisputed sound.
Being active parts of the house music scene with many back 2 back sets at bars and clubs in Athens and the Greek islands, BASELESS keep playing and holding their afro deep and soulful style since their start.
BASELESS are officially sponsored by NEW BALANCE. The company’s endless support & belief in BASELESS has created a dynamic working collaboration that has in many ways influenced the “New Balance” the group was looking for!
BASELESS continue the year 2009-2010 with the tUnE iN tHe HoUsE events every 1st Friday of the month at Void Dance Bar and special gigs at various venues in the area of Athens.
