It was in the early 1990's that Greg Rokas aka: DJ Avium had his first encounters with electonic music. Due to his growing love for dance music and also the need for Dance Music education in Hungary, Avium decided to make dj'ing his passion. It was in '99 Avium was inspired by world class dj's such as Steve Lawler (UK), DJ Kuhl (HUN) and DJ Budai (HUN), this inspiration forced him to go professional. It did not take long for DJ Avium to develop a good
reputation in Hungary as he found himself with residencies in Hungary's dance capital, Budapest. His residencies at these well respected night clubs (Bamboo Music Club and Club Heaven) also earned him airtime on Radio EstFM (Budapest). Known for his precise mixing and exceptionally good taste in selecting the right music for his performances also earned him work at one off parties such as:
Campona Tropicarium Center New Years Party, Cuba Libre, Starfall Parties and also the resident for all Honda Club meetings.

Greg's need for new challenges turned his eye on to China and it was in 2005 when he decided to test the waters in Shanghai, China.

Founder of Resistance, an acknowledged party label that strives to educate and pring people close to the diversities of music. Since 2006 Resistance is present in China's scene, organizing succesful parties, teaming up with the greatest local talents.
