Auburndale is a Child Development Project school, a program designed to help children grow into responsible, caring adults. It also is a Health Promotion School of Excellence, where children learn not only academics, but also the lessons of staying fit and feeling good. Auburndale has its own Family Resource Center to offer advice and assistance to your family and an Extended School Services Program to help your children with schoolwork after class is over. Each classroom is equipped with computers, and there are two computer labs for students to use. Auburndale also offers the Advance Program and Early Childhood Jump Start programs for four-year-olds.
