I am the author of two spirituality books, Ariadne's Book of Dreams, Warner Books 2001 and my latest release Divine Complement: The Spiritual Terrain of Soulmate Relationships. As a dream expert and spiritual teacher, I have
traveled extensively teaching Shamanic Dreaming, a transformational workshop exploring the meaning and healing potentials in dreams. I also host a special site all about soulmate relationships and answer questions from those looking for their soulmate. I have collected hundreds of stories of magical soulmate meetings some of which are included in my book.

I have been graced to have lived on the power spots of the world, including Taos, New Mexico and Maui, Hawaii. Theses places have shaped who I have become.

I have two grown daughters and a cat named Dakota.
