From humble beginnings in T2, Turnmills to hosting rooms at Bedrock (3 times), the Baby box at MOS with Sasha (twice)to holding our own boat party with Paolo Mojo, a roof terrace party with Jim Rivers and Luke Fair and our 2 road block parties with Nick Warren and Hybrid at Babalou in Brixton. In just 2 years, TWISTED AUDIO has certainly made its mark on the underground London clubbing scene. For our 2nd birthday we are taking things back to what we do best with an intimate party for 250 of our friends and supporters at Fluid in Farringdon. Joining us for the second time will be man of the moment JIM RIVERS whose DJing and production skills have made him one of the brightest prospects of the UK scene at the moment. The last few months have seen Jim gigging all over the world in some of the best clubs on offer today. Whether it’s a beach party in Athens, Pacha in Sao Paolo or a dark sweaty club in Moscow, Jim has been taking his sound and vibe to dance floors across the globe and getting rave reviews along the way. 21st February saw Jim’s guest mix debut on John Digweed’s acclaimed Transitions Radio show, followed by his DJ debut at super club Zouk in Singapore. In July he visited South America for a 4 date tour for Global Underground including Pacha Buenos Aires and dates in Cordoba, Guatemala and Peru. He's just returned from 5 dates in Japan, including an extended 5 hour set @ AIR Tokyo for a Saw Records party and over the coming weeks he debuts @ Urban Gorilla Sheffield, Rhino in Southampton and over November/December he returns to Shindig and then starts the Misfit Tours, the first of which are Liverpool (Vibrant), Bristol and Moscow. With the acclaimed launch of Misfit Records, the release of the Audio Therapy Spring/Summer Sampler (mixed by Jim Rivers) and a host of new productions and continued touring, Jim is without doubt one of the brightest prospects of the UK scene at the moment...watch this boy fly! “It’s young blood like Jim Rivers that keep the scene moving forward.
