JNR is the latest edition to Asia’s longest running, and internationally renowned super club, ZOUK. As a resident DJ of Velvet Underground, he joins veteran Jeremy Boon where they champion quality soul inspired music from House, Soul, Disco, Rare Groove and Funk. Though new to Zouk, JNR is by no means a newbie, with residency stints in some of the most exclusive clubs in Singapore, Manila and Hong Kong over the last 12 years. In that time JNR has always held true to his roots in Funk & Soul inspired music. His style includes a mix of music genres from House / Tech House, Disco / Boogie, Cosmic / Nu Disco, Hip Hop Soul, Funk and Old School. Reading a crowd and adapting to each gig, while still standing true to his musical roots comes naturally to him.
