At only 23 years of age Brandon a.k.a Taz Blacqstar has surpassed limits that his generation only dream about. "While most of these so called "hustlers" are out here swearin they grind all day and all night, the only thing that i see that they're grindin is the shiny silver spoon between there teeth". I've been on my own since I was 16 years old. Im not going to sit here and say that my Mother didn't help me, naw then i would be lying, but Darlene will tell you, legal or not, Im a hustler". The Atlanta Native soon decided to pursue a career in one of his life long talents, fashion design. "Well I started working with different fashion designers in there boutiques such as, Suede from R.World T-Shirt company that was my first gig, Then traveled to a more independent fashion designer by the name of Chilly-O he was the one that really taught me the ropes of fashion designing, and then theres my big brother Kleen of Kleen Klothing Company where i started my shine as a clothing designer and soon branched off to start my own Doom Couture". Now you are probably wondering how do you go from fashion designer to Hip-Hop artist. Well, like we said before fashion designing is one of his talents, "I remember sitting outside the club with some of my homies after the club closed and listening to some tracks my homie did and i just started freestyling, It was shocking to them because they had never heard me rap before and ever since then i became more and more serious". So what path will this road to music take are young star, only time will tell, but as far as he feels," Just keep faith in me Atlanta we're keeping Hip-Hop down here in the south for just a little while longer"!
