Hi,
I am hungry, yet I tend to over eat. I lose weight every two years. Currently about 200 pounds.
I would like to way 170 and have the energy to work out and build some muscle.
I wear no hairpieces, I have glasses, blue eyes and keep my hair very very short.
I have a friend that is good to me and I am divorced for over 18 years, with two grandchildren living in London England with my son and wife who is a native Englander.
My other son lives near his mother and works in her business.
I seldom drink, stopped smoking years ago and would like to improve my memory and speaking powers.
I might try to use this website to share with my friends a little about what I have memorized when I tried it about 20 years ago.
Otherwise, I am not an orator, or a gabby person and have no special talent when it comes to speaking.
I enjoy speaking when I have something good or funny to say and I would be happy to work with a group to improve my public speaking or general speaking if such a pod site exits.
I like all kinds of people but I have my basic fears of gangsters, criminals and scum bags.
I remember growing up how I liked to hang out with the wrong kind of people who smoked and drank...
Otherwise, I have become a born again Christian years ago and put all my trust in the Lord.
